What is seed cycling?
Seed cycling is a natural food practice of eating specific seeds across the phases of your cycle. These seeds are rich in omega-3s, zinc, vitamin E and lignans that support your daily nutrition naturally.
Two phases, each with a different seed blend, aligned to the first and second half of your cycle.
Who is it for?
- Experience PMS or period discomfort
- Have irregular cycles
- Are in perimenopause or menopause
- Are navigating hormonal shifts and want natural support
How to use
Add it to yogurt, oatmeal, smoothies or salads.
Phase 1: Take 1 tablespoon (about 15 g) of the Phase 1 blend daily, from day 1 of your period for 14 days.
Phase 2: On day 15, switch to the Phase 2 blend for another 14 days, then return to Phase 1 with your next cycle.
Irregular or no period? Start Phase 1 with the next new moon, then switch to Phase 2 on day 15.
In menopause? Start any day and follow the same 2-week rotation.

Does it really work?
Seed cycling is a natural food practice many women use to support their cycle routine. It is a food supplement — not a medicine — and results vary from body to body. For any medical condition, consult your doctor.
Side effects & when to expect results
Safety: Seeds are a natural, safe food for most people. If you have a seed allergy, are pregnant/breastfeeding, or take medication, consult your doctor first.
Timing: Seed cycling is a cumulative routine. Most women give it 2–3 full cycles before judging. Consistency is key.
